Key Responsibilities:
Ensure materials, hardware, and tools are available and properly utilized.
Monitor production and installation progress to ensure high-quality output.
Conduct inspections to ensure accuracy, finishing quality, and compliance with standards.
Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and designers for smooth workflow.
Solve technical issues related to joinery fabrication and installation.
Enforce health and safety guidelines within the workshop and on site.
