Looking for an experienced Joinery / Carpenter Foreman!
We are hiring a skilled and dedicated Joinery / Carpenter Foreman to lead our factory production team. The ideal candidate will have strong carpentry skills, excellent leadership abilities, and experience in creating detailed cutting lists and managing manufacturing processes.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate factory joinery and carpentry activities
Prepare accurate cutting lists for production
Ensure quality standards are met
Manage daily operations and workflow
Train and oversee factory staff
Maintain safety and efficiency in the workplace
Qualifications:
Proven experience in joinery and carpentry
Leadership and team management skills
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans
Knowledge of factory production processes
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
