with proven UAE experience to oversee and manage all joinery and carpentry works at our workshop and project sites. The candidate will be responsible for supervising the team, ensuring quality workmanship, and maintaining project timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily joinery operations in the workshop and at sites.
Read and interpret technical drawings, joinery details, and specifications.
Coordinate with the production and installation teams to ensure timely delivery.
Monitor the fabrication and finishing of furniture, doors, cabinets, and other woodwork.
Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety protocols.
Plan manpower and materials efficiently for smooth workflow.
Report project progress and challenges to management regularly.
Requirements:
Minimum
3-5 years of experience
as a Joinery Foreman in the UAE.
Strong knowledge of joinery fabrication, assembly, and site installation.
Ability to read and interpret drawings accurately.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and time management abilities.
UAE driving license (preferred).
