Qualifications & Skills:
4 years of UAE experience in
joinery or carpentry
, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or foreman role
Sharjah based
Should have a driving license
Strong knowledge of joinery fabrication, materials, tools, and finishing methods
Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and technical specifications
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Experience in residential and commercial interior fit-out projects preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage the joinery team in the workshop and/or project site
Review shop drawings and allocate work accordingly
Ensure high-quality craftsmanship and adherence to project specifications
Monitor production schedules, material usage, and manpower efficiency
Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and other trades
Conduct quality checks and ensure safety standards are followed
Solve technical issues on-site and provide guidance to team members
Maintain accurate records of labor, materials, and progress
