We are looking for an experienced Joinery Foreman to supervise and manage all joinery works in the workshop and on-site. The role requires good leadership, technical knowledge of carpentry/joinery, and the ability to deliver projects on time with quality standards.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and guide joiners/carpenters in daily work.
Ensure joinery works are done as per drawings and specifications.
Monitor quality, finishing, and safety on-site and in the workshop.
Check materials, tools, and request supplies when needed.
Coordinate with project managers and site teams to meet deadlines.
Prepare simple daily or weekly progress reports.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in joinery/fit-out works.
At least 2 years in a supervisory or foreman role.
Strong knowledge of joinery production, assembly, and installation.
Ability to read drawings and lead a team effectively.
Good communication and leadership skills.
