Supervise joiners and carpenters in workshop or on-site.
Allocate daily tasks and ensure work is completed on time.
Read and interpret drawings and specifications.
Maintain quality and workmanship standards.
Coordinate materials, tools, and workflow.
Enforce health & safety procedures.
Report progress and issues to management.
Requirements:
Trade qualification in Joinery/Carpentry.
Strong joinery experience (5+ years preferred).
Ability to lead a team and solve technical problems.
Good understanding of joinery tools and machinery.
