Job Responsibilities:
Supervision of Joinery Works:
Oversee and coordinate daily site joinery activities including furniture, doors, panels, partitions, and decorative woodwork. Ensure proper execution of drawings and specifications in line with project requirements and quality standards.
Workforce Management:
Assign tasks, monitor performance, and guide joinery carpenters and helpers on-site to meet productivity targets. Ensure optimal use of manpower, tools, and materials to maximize efficiency.
Quality Control & Inspection:
Conduct regular quality checks during and after production/installation to ensure all joinery works meet company standards and client expectations. Identify defects or deviations and take corrective actions promptly.
Site Coordination & Progress Reporting:
Coordinate with project engineers, interior designers, and other trade supervisors to ensure smooth workflow. Provide daily or weekly progress updates, highlight delays, and suggest solutions for timely completion.
Safety & Compliance:
Ensure strict adherence to site safety regulations, PPE usage, and company policies. Promote a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment in compliance with HSE standards.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
