Supervise and coordinate the activities of joiners, carpenters, and related workers.
Review project drawings, specifications, and materials before execution.
Allocate tasks and monitor daily progress of joinery works.
Inspect workmanship to ensure adherence to quality and design standards.
Liaise with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure requirements are met.
Manage workshop production schedules and ensure timely delivery to site.
Ensure health, safety, and environmental compliance in all joinery activities.
Train and mentor junior staff and new workers.
Manage tools, machinery, and materials efficiently.
Prepare daily/weekly progress reports.
Requirements:
Minimum of at least
2-4 years in a foreman role
in joinery industry.
Strong knowledge of joinery methods, tools, and finishing techniques.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and shop drawings.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Knowledge of safety standards and procedures.
