Review architectural drawings, technical specifications, and project documents to understand project scope.
Prepare detailed cost estimates for joinery and fit-out works including materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractors.
Coordinate with suppliers to obtain updated material prices and lead times.
Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and cost breakdowns for tender submissions.
Conduct site visits when required to assess work conditions and provide accurate cost assessments.
Evaluate variations, change orders, and provide updated cost estimates.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and production teams during tendering and project execution.
Ensure that estimates comply with company standards, project requirements, and client expectations.
Maintain pricing databases and vendor lists for joinery and fit-out materials.
Assist in value engineering proposals to optimize project cost without compromising quality.
