We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Joinery Estimator cum Supervisor to lead our team and play a key role in our growing joinery division. The ideal candidate will have strong technical and business knowledge, with the ability to manage end-to-end operations, from estimation to execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare accurate cost estimates for joinery and carpentry projects.
Supervise and manage the joinery team and workshop activities.
Ensure efficient use of machinery and oversee production planning.
Maintain high-quality standards and implement quality control systems.
Interpret and work from technical drawings and specifications.
Source materials, manage procurement, and control project costs.
Lead the new joinery setup and drive it to the next level of excellence.
Requirements:
Proven experience in joinery estimation and supervision.
In-depth knowledge of joinery works, wood machinery, and materials.
Ability to read and interpret architectural and technical drawings.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Business-minded with understanding of cost control and profitability.
Energetic, aggressive, and driven to achieve results.
Commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
Note- Minimum 4 years experience required
