Joinery Estimator
Job Description
Review drawings, BOQs, and project specifications.
Prepare cost estimates for materials, labor, and subcontracting.
Coordinate with suppliers/vendors to obtain quotations.
Analyze price comparisons and select cost-effective options.
Prepare detailed quotation documents for client submission.
Work with project managers/designers to align costs with design intent.
Update and maintain cost databases for materials and finishes.
Monitor market trends, new materials, and pricing fluctuations.
Strong knowledge of fire rated doors, frame and fire regulations
Strong understanding of tender documentation and contract preparation.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
