Joinery / Interior Fit-Out

Quantity Surveyor

Requirements:
Minimum
2 years of estimation experience
in Interior Fit-Out and Joinery manufacturing
(must)
Strong knowledge of
AutoCAD
Experience in
preparing quotations, cost estimates, and competitive bids
for joinery and interior projects
Ability to analyse drawings, specifications, materials, and BOQs
Coordinate with design, production, and suppliers to obtain accurate pricing
Ensure timely submission of tenders and proposals
Required Skills & Knowledge:
Strong understanding of joinery materials, production processes, finishes, and industry standards
Ability to read and interpret architectural/technical drawings and BOQs
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Planswift, AutoCAD, and general computer applications
Excellent coordination and communication skills for dealing with internal teams, clients, and suppliers
