Job Summary:
We are urgently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced
Joinery Estimator
to join a reputedinterior fit-out company in Dubai
. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in estimating joinery works and possess hands-on knowledge of materials, methods, and pricing in interior fit-out projects.Key Responsibilities:
Prepare accurate cost estimates for joinery works related to interior fit-out projects. Analyze project drawings, specifications, and requirements. Source and negotiate with suppliers for materials and pricing. Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and tender documents. Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams. Assist in budgeting and cost control during project execution
Requirements:
Experience:
Minimum 2 years in joinery estimation for interior fit-out projects Strong knowledge of joinery materials, fabrication methods, and pricing Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word); estimation software is an added advantage Excellent communication and coordination skillsJob Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
