Halo Interiors LLC is a bespoke Joinery and turnkey Fit out company specializing in creating exceptional spaces for commercial, residential, and hospitality clients.

We are looking to expand our operations and are seeking an experienced and motivated

Joinery Estimator

to join our dynamic team.

Requirements:

Provide extremely detailed budget estimates for interior fit-out, joinery & Loose Furniture Must have a minimum 6 years' experience in preparing detailed Estimates and BOQ's for high end residential and commercial projects with a leading Interior fit out and joinery in the UAE. Must have a UAE Driving license. Must have a strong background in Quantity surveying/engineering with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under pressure. Must have a sound knowledge of high-end materials and finishes. Must have a very sound knowledge of AutoCAD and Excel for quantity takeoffs and estimation including coordinating with subcontractors to quickly prepare BOQ's and Estimates. Must be extremely tech savvy and should be able to use Excel and different estimation software's. Must have fluency in spoken and written English. Collaborate with the sales team to prioritize and review the bid calendar, ensuring timely submission of bids. Interpreting and checking drawings, tender documents, specifications, quantities, price tenders, estimates and preparation of contract documents. Maintaining supplier / subcontractor database and consistently seek new companies to pre- qualify for inclusion on tender list. High proficiency in numeracy and strong analytical skills. Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Required Experience and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in quantity surveying, Engineering, or equivalent. Minimum of 2+ years of experience in joinery works. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to details.
