We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Joinery Estimator with 5-6 years of experience in the interior fit-out and joinery industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in estimating joinery works, reading technical drawings, preparing BOQs, and working closely with design and production teams.Key Responsibilities:Review and analyze drawings, specifications, and tender documentsPrepare detailed and accurate estimates and BOQs for custom joinery worksCoordinate with the design, production, and procurement teams to ensure cost accuracyLiaise with suppliers/subcontractors to obtain competitive quotationsAssist in value engineering and cost-saving initiativesMaintain updated records of pricing, materials, and subcontractor databasesSupport project management teams during project execution and handover stagesRequirements:Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field5-6 years of experience in estimating within the joinery/interior fit-out industry (UAE/GCC experience preferred)Strong knowledge of materials, joinery production methods, and local market pricingProficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel and ERP Excellent analytical and communication skillsAbility to work under pressure and meet tight deadlinesPlease send your updated CV to info@tai.ae
