Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Joinery Draftsman to prepare detailed drawings and shop drawings for bespoke joinery and fit-out works. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AutoCAD drafting, deep knowledge of joinery production processes, and the ability to translate design concepts into accurate technical drawings for fabrication and installation.

Key Responsibilities:



Prepare shop drawings, production drawings, and as-built drawings for all types of joinery works (cabinets, wardrobes, doors, wall paneling, counters, etc.).

Review architectural and interior design drawings to extract and prepare joinery requirements.

Collaborate with the design team, project managers, and factory team to ensure drawings meet project specifications and fabrication standards.

Ensure all drawings are prepared in compliance with local regulations, project timelines, and industry best practices.

Incorporate revisions, comments, and changes into updated drawing sets as required.

Conduct site visits (when necessary) to verify dimensions and site conditions.

Maintain an organized drawing register and document control system.

Qualifications & Requirements:



Diploma or degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related technical field.

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in joinery or interior fit-out drafting.

Proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit or other 3D software is a plus).

Excellent understanding of materials, joinery construction methods, and finishing techniques.

Attention to detail and ability to produce accurate, clean drawings under tight deadlines.

Strong communication and coordination skills.
