Role Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Joinery Detailer with proven experience in interior fit-outs to prepare precise shop drawings and detailing for custom joinery works. The ideal candidate must have a strong technical understanding of joinery production, materials, and installation methods, ensuring design intent is translated accurately for manufacturing and site execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed shop drawings, sections, and elevations for custom joinery, furniture, and interior elements. Interpret architectural and design drawings, converting them into production-ready details. Coordinate with project managers, designers, and factory teams to ensure technical accuracy and feasibility. Select and specify joinery materials, finishes, hardware, and fittings as per project requirements. Conduct site measurements and prepare as-built drawings when necessary. Ensure compliance with project timelines, quality standards, and client specifications. Collaborate with the production team to resolve design or manufacturing challenges. Maintain organized documentation of drawings and revisions for each project.

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field preferred.

Mandatory 3-5 years

of experience as a Joinery Detailer in interior fit-out projects. Strong knowledge of joinery techniques, hardware, finishes, and installation methods. Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of 3D visualization software is an added advantage. Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet strict deadlines.
