Full job description Foreman (Interior Fit out Works) with driving license Job description A finishing foreman works with managers, contractors, and other onsite workers to ensure construction jobs are successfully completed on time, within budget, and finished to the standard and specification agreed with the client. Responsibilities:
- Receive approved drawing and mobilize manpower as per schedule.
- Ensure that tasks are completed according to project timelines and quality standards.
- Plan and schedule the work sequence based on the program schedule and execute accordingly.
- Timely communication and follow-up with Site Engineer/ Project Manager for requirements and smooth operation of the site.
- Arrange work sequence to open up works for all subcontractors.
- Previous experience in Interior Fit Out Works and site handling.
- Valid UAE manual driver\'s license and a clean driving record.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize work activities.
