Requirements / Qualifications:

Must have own vehicle or means of transportation. A Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field is required. 7-10 years of experience in civil inspection or related fields is required. Experience within the UAE. In-depth knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and local regulations is essential. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills are necessary. Experience with various project types, ability to read technical drawings, and familiarity with relevant inspection tools are also beneficial. A background experience in an engineering consultancy in Dubai.

Responsibilities:

Previous experience in civil construction works and supervision or inspection of site works. Record inspections, tests, work executed. Monitor the review of the contractor's documents/shop drawings to flag and rectify any issues which may affect the stability or function of any components or systems. Preparing daily logs and reports. Monitoring and ensuring that all civil/structural engineering aspects of the project are carried out as per inspection plan/drawings/codes and specifications. Monitor safety aspects when dealing with Civil/structural installations. Perform and or evaluate tests confirming quality requirements, civil/structural finishes and building components by conducting thorough site inspection for all civil/structural works as per approved shop drawings, specifications and method statement. Field checks placement, location and quality of civil/structural finishes, building structure components. Perform civil/structural inspections and material inspections. Ensure compliance of civil/structural l works to design requirements, specifications and project plan.

Requirements / Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as engineering, safety management, or occupational health. Minimum 10 years of practical experience in safety management and a strong understanding of Local and International safety regulations and procedures. NEBOSH IGC Certification/Diploma (National Examination Board in Occupational Safety and Health), OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) training, or CSP (Certified Safety Professional) from the Board of Certified Safety Professionals. Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and method statements Good communication and site coordination capabilities A background experience in an engineering consultancy in Dubai.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for creating and implementing safety policies and procedures that comply with relevant laws and regulations. Assess potential hazards and risks in the workplace and identify areas of concern and develop strategies to mitigate risks and prevent accidents or injuries. Regularly conduct inspection of safety equipment, such as firefighting equipment, Lifting equipment, heavy machineries, Temporary Works, emergency exits, and personal protective equipment (PPE) and ensure that all equipment is in good working condition. Constructing and issuing weekly and Monthly HSE Reports Conduct investigations to determine the cause and prevent future occurrences and document and report incidents, analyze data, and recommend corrective actions. Conducting safety inspections, HSE Audit, HSE Site walks, training sessions, incident reports, and other relevant documentation and ensure that all records are up to date and easily accessible. Monitor compliance with safety regulations and standards set by regulatory bodies and stay updated on changes in regulations and ensure that the organization remains in compliance. Work closely with management and other departments to implement safety measures and address safety concerns and provide guidance and support to ensure that safety is prioritized throughout the organization. Conducting Weekly and Monthly HSE Meetings.

About the Role:

We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented

Site Surveyor

to join our

Consultant Engineering team

in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting precise site surveys, verifying contractor works, and supporting the supervision team on a prestigious

high-rise building project

.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform

accurate site surveys and measurements

in accordance with project drawings and specifications. Verify and check

contractor's setting-out, coordinates, and levels

to ensure compliance with approved drawings. Maintain up-to-date

survey records, benchmarks, and control points

on-site. Assist in preparing

survey reports, quantity verification sheets, and as-built data

. Coordinate closely with

site engineers, architects, and supervision consultants

to resolve technical discrepancies. Monitor

site progress

and report any deviations from design or tolerances. Ensure all surveying equipment is properly

calibrated and maintained

. Support in preparing

as-built drawings and documentation

for project handover.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in

Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field

5-8 years of relevant experience

, preferably with

consultant engineering firms in the UAE

. Proficient in

surveying instruments

(Total Station, GPS, Auto Level) and related software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, etc.). Strong understanding of
