We are expanding our central kitchen operations to supply high-quality cakes and pastries to our own cafes and partner outlets. We are looking for a talented and creative Pastry Chef who is interested in a part-time role with potential for long-term collaboration and product development across our brands.
Role Overview
The selected chef will work closely with our team to develop unique pastry items, standardize recipes, and produce high-quality products that will be distributed to our cafes and concepts. This role is ideal for someone passionate, detail-oriented, and eager to grow through a partnership model rather than a traditional employment structure.
Key Responsibilities
Create and develop new pastry and cake items tailored for cafe service.
Standardize recipes for consistent production in the central kitchen.
Produce high-quality batches for distribution to multiple outlets.
Collaborate with management on menu planning and seasonal creations.
Maintain proper food safety, hygiene, and kitchen standards at all times.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Pastry Chef, particularly in cakes and cafe-style pastries.
Strong creativity with a modern and appealing presentation style.
Ability to create stable recipes suitable for bulk production and delivery.
Willingness to work part-time and grow the collaboration into a long-term partnership.
Excellent attention to detail and passion for high-quality products.
