Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of plastic molding machines (injection molding, blow molding, injection stretch blow molding (PET Molding), thermoforming, extrusion. Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues. Maintain utilities such as compressors, chillers, and cooling systems. Monitor spare parts and coordinate with stores/purchase for timely availability. Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and housekeeping standards. Support production team to minimize downtime and improve machine performance.
Requirements
Diploma/Bachelor's in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering. 2-5 years of experience in maintenance of plastic molding machines. Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, PLC basics, and utilities. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED1.00 - AED2.00 per hour
