The ideal candidate will have a strong background in women\xe2\x80\x99s tailoring, alterations, and custom garment creation. As a Home Service Lady Tailor, you will visit clients\xe2\x80\x99 homes to take measurements, conduct fittings, and deliver finished garments. You will play a key role in our unique business model, focusing on providing convenience and personalized service to our clients. Key Responsibilities:
- Consultations and Measurements: Visit clients\xe2\x80\x99 homes to provide consultations, take accurate measurements, and discuss their tailoring needs and preferences.
- Tailoring and Alterations: Perform high-quality tailoring, alterations, and repairs on various types of women\xe2\x80\x99s clothing, including dresses, blouses, skirts, pants, and formal wear.
- Custom Garment Creation: Design and create custom garments based on client specifications, ensuring a perfect fit and finish.
- Fittings and Adjustments: Conduct fittings at clients\xe2\x80\x99 homes, make necessary adjustments, and ensure the final garment meets the client\xe2\x80\x99s expectations.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor during all client interactions. Build strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Scheduling and Appointments: Manage your schedule through our online booking system to ensure timely appointments and meet project deadlines.
- Quality Control: Ensure all garments meet our high standards of quality and craftsmanship before delivery.
- Inventory Management: Maintain an inventory of essential tailoring supplies, fabric swatches, and measurement tools. Manage the procurement of additional materials as needed.
- Feedback and Improvement: Regularly collect and act on customer feedback to improve service quality and client satisfaction.
- Proven experience as a tailor, specializing in women\xe2\x80\x99s clothing.
- Proficient in various tailoring techniques, including sewing, fitting, and pattern making.
