Key Responsibilities
Represent clients in buying, selling, leasing, and investing in commercial properties such as offices, retail units, and industrial spaces.
Conduct in-depth market research and property evaluations, providing tailored analysis and insights.
Negotiate contracts and manage transactions from initial offer through to closing.
Market available commercial properties through digital campaigns, presentations, and networking.
Stay up to date with Dubai's real estate regulations, zoning laws, and market trends.
Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, landlords, tenants, and investors.
Deliver exceptional client service throughout the commercial property process.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience in commercial real estate brokerage within Dubai.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proactive and resilient "go-getter" attitude with a results-driven mindset.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with Dubai's real estate regulations; RERA license required.
Ability to thrive in a competitive, fast-paced market.
