Job Performer (Civil) ADNOC Approved

We are looking for a reliable and skilled Civil Job Performer
to carry out civil-related site tasks and ensure safe and effective execution of daily operations. The candidate will be responsible for performing civil works such as concrete repair, formwork, plastering, masonry, excavation, and minor structural tasks as assigned.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform civil maintenance and construction tasks (e.g., concreting, blockwork, plastering, excavation, etc.).
Read and follow work permits, method statements, and instructions from the supervisor.
Assist in setting up tools, materials, and safety equipment before starting the job.
Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and wear appropriate PPE at all times.
Coordinate with other trades (electrical, mechanical, etc.) when required.
Report daily work progress, delays, or issues to the site supervisor.
Maintain cleanliness of the job site after task completion.
Follow company and client quality standards in every assigned task.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years
of experience in civil site work or general construction tasks.
Knowledge of basic civil techniques and safety practices.
Ability to read and understand work permits, checklists, or simple drawings.
Physically fit and able to work in outdoor and site conditions.
Willing to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
