Ensure full compliance with ADNOC Permit to Work (PTW) system.
Execute the assigned tasks strictly as per the conditions stated in the permit.
Conduct a site inspection before starting work to identify hazards and required controls.
Communicate clearly with Performing Authority, Area Authority, HSE and ADNOC staff.
Ensure all involved team members are aware of the job scope, hazards, and safety measures.
Use correct tools, equipment, and PPE as per ADNOC HSE guidelines.
Suspend work immediately in case of unsafe conditions and notify the Permit Holder.
Ensure proper housekeeping, barricading, and safety signage at the worksite.
Participate in toolbox talks and ensure workers under supervision fully understand their tasks.
Report any incidents, near-misses, or unsafe acts/conditions promptly.
Qualifications & Skills
ADNOC-approved Job Performer Certification (Valid).
Work Knowledge : Mechanical, Electrical, Civil
ADNOC-approved HSE Induction / ATA Onshore/Offshore Training.
Minimum 3-5 years' experience in oil & gas construction or maintenance projects.
Strong knowledge of ADNOC HSE regulations and PTW system.
Ability to read, understand, and comply with method statements and risk assessments.
Good communication skills in English (knowledge of Arabic/Hindi is an advantage).
Physically fit and medically cleared for work in ADNOC operational areas.
Additional Requirements:
Valid medical fitness certificate (ADNOC approved).
ADNOC-approved Work at Height / Confined Space training (if applicable to the scope).
Willingness to work in onshore and offshore environments, including night shifts
