Job Opportunity - Game Room Attendant

Location: Ras Al Khaimah, UAE

About the Role

Fly Zone Trampoline Park is lookingfor

enthusiastic and energetic Game Room Attendants

to join our team. You will play a key role in creating a safe, fun, and engaging environment for our visitors while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist guests in operating arcade and carnival games.

Manage redemption counter activities (prize exchange, stock, and display).

Monitor game machines, report faults, and assist with basic troubleshooting.

Ensure cleanliness, safety, and order in the arcade area.

Engage with children and families to create a friendly and fun atmosphere.

Handle game card cash/card transactions (training provided).

Enforce Fly Zone safety rules and policies.

Support activity schedules and team operations as instructed by the Manager.

Maintain toys/equipment inventory and ensure proper upkeep.

Attend to children with care, provide first aid if required, and complete accident reports.

Upsell Park products and services when appropriate.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

6-12 months of experience in customer service, recreation, kids club, or entertainment (preferred but not mandatory).

Background in fitness, sports, or leisure industry is an advantage.

English fluency required; Arabic or other languages (Urdu, Tagalog, Hindi) are a plus.

Friendly, patient, and enjoys working with kids.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Must be willing to relocate/work in Ras Al Khaimah.
