Qualifications & Experience:
Diploma or
vocational certification
in
Industrial Painting
,
Surface Finishing
, or a
related technical field
3-5 years
of hands-on experience in
industrial painting
, preferably in
metal fabrication
or
wheelchair component
manufacturing
Proven experience with:
Spray painting techniques
Powder coating
Anodization processes
Technical Skills:
Knowledge of
surface preparation techniques
(sanding, blasting, degreasing)
Proficient in use of
spray guns
, polishing tools, and anodizing equipment
Familiarity with:
Zinc-rich primers
and
galvanizing systems
Chrome and chrome-like coatings
Anodizing procedures
and related chemical handling
Ability to:
Measure
film thickness
and assess
coating quality
Read
technical documents
,
product specifications
, and
SDS (Safety Data Sheets)
Maintain and troubleshoot painting equipment
