Job Title: Jewelry Sales Executive

Job Location: Dubai

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Jewelry Sales Executive to join our growing Jewelry Team.

:

Accomplish the sales targets set by the Management, whilst driving the teams towards meeting the organizational goals and addressing day-to-day operational needs objectively and effectively to smoothen the frontline sales.

Develop a comprehensive understanding of our jewelry product catalog, including different types of jewelry, materials used, gemstones, sizing, and pricing, to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.

Responsible for increasing sales volumes by improvising suitable selling techniques among the stores and followed by the teams when Stock Taking / Stock Undertaking / daily Stock Counting is executed across the multiple stores you are responsible within the territory.

Establish, maintain, and implement strategies to expand the customer base and inform the trends of market information to the Management.

Maintain a strong knowledge of company policies, procedures, and guidelines specific to jewelry purchases and returns to ensure consistent and accurate customer support.

Liaise and work closely with the Product department in sharing feedback on the needs of the Jewelry collection, based on the demand of the customer.

Ability to manage multiple customer inquiries simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and providing accurate information specific to jewelry products.

Requirements:

Prior experience of 2 to 5 years as Sales Executive/ Sales Professional in Jewelry industry.

Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic are a definite advantage.

Excellent negotiation and multi-tasking skills.

Immediate joiners are preferred.
