Job Description
We are seeking a qualified and experienced
Jewellery Education Instructor
to join our team in Dubai. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in the retail jewellery industry and gemology, particularly indiamond grading
. The instructor will be responsible for delivering structured training programs to enhance the knowledge and skills of retail staff, with a focus on gemstones, product understanding, and luxury service standards.Key Responsibilities:
Design and deliver jewellery education programs, including
diamond grading principles (4Cs - Cut, Color, Clarity, Carat)
Train retail staff on gemstone identification, certification, and product knowledge Educate teams on luxury customer service techniques and brand positioning Create and maintain training materials, manuals, and visual aids Assess learning effectiveness through feedback and performance evaluation Stay current with gemological trends, certifications, and retail innovations Travel to stores or events as required to conduct training sessions Support onboarding and development of new sales staffRequirements:
Minimum
3 years of experience
in theretail jewellery industry
(preferably withinternational brands
) Strong knowledge and hands-on experience indiamond grading and evaluation
Graduate Gemologist (GG)
certification preferred; othergemology certifications/courses
acceptedBachelor's degree
in ascience-related discipline
Fluent in Arabic and English
(spoken and written) Confident public speaker with excellent communication and presentation skills Ability and willingness totravel
for training and educational events Currentlybased in Dubai
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
