Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate inventory records for
jewellery and watches
Receive, inspect, and record incoming stock against invoices
Conduct
daily, weekly, and monthly stock counts
Monitor stock movement, transfers, and returns
Ensure proper
tagging, barcoding, and documentation
of items
Track high-value items and ensure strict
security procedures
Reconcile physical stock with system records and report discrepancies
Coordinate with sales team for stock availability and replenishment
Prepare stock reports for management review
Support audits and internal stock verification processes
Requirements
Proven experience as a
Stock Controller / Inventory Controller
(jewellery or luxury retail preferred)
Strong knowledge of
inventory management systems
and MS Excel
Experience handling
high-value items
High attention to detail and accuracy
Honest, reliable, and able to maintain confidentiality
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
