Job Description

• Welcome customers inside the branch's salons.

• Communicate with customers to know their needs and help them determine the model that meets this need.

• Present models and pieces that meets customer needs

• Respond to all customer inquiries to reach their satisfaction

• Carry out a technical explanation for each piece that impresses the customers.

• Carry out the pricing step and give discount rates for the pieces that customers choose.

• Communicate with the Technical Inspection Department to complete any technical operations with the pieces chosen by the customer (adjusting the size, installing a stone, polishing, ......)

• Receive money from clients and send them to the financial department and deliver the invoice to clients.

• Record customer data and the result of the visit in the customer's data card and hand it over to the reception official.

• Explain the company's policy to each customer in terms of returns and exchanges.

• Explain the methods of care and preservation of diamond artifacts for customers.

• Manage customer needs regarding special requests, in coordination with all relevant parties.

• Communicate with the treasury of the main stones to meet the client's need of diamond stones.

• Communicate with clients on an ongoing basis on their occasions to build a trusting relationship with them.

• Invite clients to parties and exhibitions held by the company on various occasions.

• Represent the company in parties and exhibitions, whether inside or outside the company.

• Participation in the seasonal branch work periods.
