- Previous Experience in luxury jewelery sales. Good knowledge of diamonds and gemstones
- High command of English language. Arabic is preferable but not required

Key Responsibilities
- Providing an unmatched luxury selling experience to all customers through excellent product and brand knowledge.
- Consistently meeting sales targets, enhancing customer experience and developing relationships with end customers
- Ensure customer loyalty by collecting customer information, thus building and maintaining a personal clientele base.
- Advising customers on general information about product/brand heritage, features, warranties and trends and developments in the luxury market, showing passion for luxury products.
- Ensuring full adherence to repair procedures as an after-sales service
