Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers and provide knowledgeable, friendly assistance
Guide customers in selecting jewellery that suits their needs and preferences
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
Maintain attractive product displays and showroom standards
Handle billing, POS transactions, and basic sales documentation
Build long-term customer relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction
Follow company policies, security, and loss-prevention procedures
Requirements
Previous experience as a Jewelry Sales Executive or Sales Associate
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good knowledge of gold, diamonds, gemstones, and jewellery pricing
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends
Well-groomed, professional, and customer-service oriented
Added Advantage
Experience in luxury or retail sales
Ability to communicate in Arabic and English
Jewellery-related certification or formal training
