Job Description
We are hiring Jewelry Polisher for a leading Jewelry Manufacturing Company in Dubai. Jewelry polishers work closely with bench jewelers to reform gemstones and precious metals. Role & Responsibilities : -
- As a jewelry polisher, you use a variety of electronic and hand tools to remove dull coatings or scratches from metal jewelry made of silver, gold, or platinum.
- When manufacturing a new piece of jewelry, your duties include detaching a rough cut of the jewel from the metal, placing the frame into a machine that does a rough finishing, and buffing the surface of the piece with increasingly fine abrasive to bring out the shine and remove uneven surfaces or fingerprints.
- The polishing process also makes the design of the jewelry more noticeable to observers.
- Your responsibilities also include maintaining and inspecting your tools regularly to achieve the precise results clients want.
