Jewelry Designer (Coral / Procreate / Sketchbook)

Role Overview

As a Jewelry Designer specializing in illustration platforms such as

Coral

, you will play an essential role in transforming creative concepts into visually compelling jewelry designs. You will contribute to the artistic direction of the brand by developing hand-rendered and digitally illustrated concepts that reflect our identity, aesthetic, and market goals. Your work will support the design team in presenting high-impact sketches, exploring new ideas, and preparing visuals that guide the production and CAD teams.

Responsibilities

Design Conceptualization

Develop unique, trend-aligned jewelry design concepts that reflect the brand's style and direction. Stay updated on market trends, competitor aesthetics, and customer preferences.

Sketching & Digital Illustration (Coral)

Create polished hand-drawn and digital illustrations using

Coral

or similar platforms (Sketchbook, Procreate). Prepare clean 2D design sheets that communicate form, stones, settings, and proportions clearly. Work closely with the design team to refine sketches for production and client presentations.

Creative Development

Explore multiple variations, motifs, and design ideas for each project. Contribute artistic input to mood boards, theme exploration, and concept evolution.

Material Insight

Suggest appropriate gemstone shapes, colors, and metal combinations that enhance each design's beauty and practicality. Ensure aesthetic choices align with brand quality standards.

Technical Collaboration

Prepare organized illustration files that can be handed over to the CAD team for 3D development. Support the production team with visual references if required during prototype creation.

Quality Review

Review prototypes and final pieces visually to ensure the design intent has been translated accurately.

Team Collaboration

Work closely with creative, marketing, and production teams to align on project goals and timelines. Participate in online meetings to discuss ideas, revisions, and creative direction.

Requirements

Must be an English speaker.

Proven experience as a jewelry designer with a portfolio showing strong illustrated designs. Advanced proficiency in

Coral

or similar design platforms (Procreate, Sketchbook, Photoshop, Illustrator). Strong understanding of jewelry aesthetics, proportions, and fundamental manufacturing principles. Creative, detail-oriented, and able to think outside the box--aligned with our brand's innovative approach. Excellent communication, organization, and responsiveness. Awareness of current jewelry trends, consumer preferences, and market direction.
