Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership:
Drive sales, achieve targets, and implement strategies to boost business growth.
Team Management:
Recruit, train, and supervise sales staff to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Operations Oversight:
Manage daily store operations, from opening to closing, including staff scheduling and conflict resolution.
Customer Service:
Ensure excellent customer experiences by providing personalized service and resolving issues effectively.
Inventory Control:
Monitor and manage stock levels, ensuring security and coordinating product replenishment and display.
Merchandising & Presentation:
Maintain attractive, clean, and well-organized showroom displays and curate jewelry collections.
Marketing & Promotions:
Coordinate marketing activities and participate in promotional events to increase sales and brand awareness.
Financial Management:
Manage budgets, expenses, and prepare financial and sales reports.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
Proven sales experience, ideally within the jewelry sector as Sales manager.
Customer Service:
Strong skills in building and maintaining customer relationships and providing excellent service.
Product Knowledge:
Thorough understanding of jewelry products, materials, and current trends.
Interpersonal Skills:
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Leadership Skills:
Ability to lead, motivate, and train a sales team.
Attention to Detail:
A keen eye for visual presentation and accuracy in transactions and inventory.
Technical Skills:
