A fantastic opportunity to join a family run workshop Atelier Spitaleri in London and Dubai and share your passion for the fine art of jewelry production.
Atelier Spitaleri is considered one of the most exciting Jewelry Atelier in the London & Dubai.
We provide high-end manufacturing for some of the most prestigious jewelry brands across the globe.
We're looking for a full time Mounter to join our team who must have experience in working with Platinum and all 18k gold.
He/she will be a hardworking and enthusiastic individual who will fit into our growing team.
Skills required:
Sawing, filing, doming and stamping hollow forms, forging, bending and forming wires and strip, rolling and drawing wires, soldering
Health and safety requirements; know how to safely store,
handle and dispose of chemicals;
know how to safely operate and maintain your machines and tools;
learn how to process precious metals, their alloys and solders.
You will find it useful to maintain a working knowledge of the risks involved in using natural gas and oxygen-propane gas torches, acids and chemical products; and of the properties of diamonds and common gemstones.
Position stones and metal pieces, and set, mount, and secure items in place, using setting and hand tools.
Align parts or workpieces to ensure proper assembly.
Solder parts or workpieces.
Repair precision devices or workpieces.
Need to show some pictures of their works.
Clean workpieces or finished products.
Polish materials, workpieces, or finished products.
Measure dimensions of completed products or workpieces to verify conformance to specifications.
