Job Description
- Marine Logistics undertakes the responsibility of Marine operations & Logistics services to various projects and clients by complying with local, National, International & client regulations & guidelines throughout all owned / chartered marine vessels & earth moving equipment\xe2\x80\x99s.
- Logistics committed to Provide Safe & Secure working environment and comply with ISM Codes, SOLAS, STCW, MARPOL & QHSE regulation & implementing OPCO Standards
- Meet customer timeline with adequate delivery of services with effective cost control & safety
- Focus on business priorities while meeting customer demands
- Ensure the vessels and other loading/off-loading operations at Jetty in compliance with required safety standards and efficient way.
- Constructive cooperation and coordination with other departments
- Manage Delivery of Water, fuel & provision upon instruction
- Vessel mooring arrangement in coordination with Radio Room
- Ensure loaded materials are manifested and cross verified.
- Maintain Jetty operations log book and update on regular basis to Department Head.
- Update daily Jetty work and monitor the performance of subordinates and work distribution.
- Meets operational standards; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems;
- Prevents delays and interruptions by complying with, and enforcing, codes.
- Updates working knowledge by tracking and understanding emerging marine practices
- Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests;
- Implements safety policies and procedures for effective and efficient functioning of the Jetty team and its operations.
- Oversees the staffing of the jetty team and advises the Manager regarding personnel requirements or improvements.
- Maintains safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations.

- This is a generalist view of a Job that you have been assigned for \xe2\x80\x93 at times you will be ask to do above/beyond the scope of this role due to Operational requirements.
- Identify hazards
- Obtain information from HSE Department
- Make recommendations to HSE Department
- Investigate Incidents
- Conduct toolbox meeting on daily basis and update on weekly basis to HSE
- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
