We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious JCB Operator to operate heavy equipment (e.g., backhoe loader, excavator, or telehandler) for various construction, excavation, or infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in machine operation, basic maintenance, and a strong commitment to safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate JCB machinery efficiently and safely at construction or industrial sites.
Perform routine inspection and maintenance checks on equipment before and after use.
Excavate, lift, transport, or move materials according to project requirements.
Follow site plans, instructions, and safety protocols at all times.
Report any mechanical issues or damages to the supervisor immediately.
Assist with manual labor tasks when equipment is not in use.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Coordinate with other team members to complete projects on time.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
Valid heavy equipment operator license or certification, (UAE).
Minimum 1-2 years of experience operating JCB or similar machinery.
Strong understanding of safety procedures related to heavy equipment.
Ability to read and follow blueprints and technical plans (a plus).
Good physical condition and stamina.
