Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and dependable

JCB Backhoe Driver

to join our team. The role involves operating the JCB backhoe for various factory and site activities. Since backhoe operation is part-time within the factory schedule, the driver will also assist with other duties, including driving light vehicles, loading/unloading, and supporting general site or factory work when the backhoe is not in use.

Responsibilities:

Operate the JCB backhoe safely and efficiently for digging, trenching, loading, and leveling tasks. Perform daily inspections and basic maintenance checks on the backhoe. Follow company safety policies and standard operating procedures at all times. Assist with loading and unloading materials, goods, and deliveries. Operate other equipment such as forklifts or pickup vehicles when backhoe work is not required. Support general factory or yard activities as assigned. Keep the equipment clean, organized, and in good working condition. Report any mechanical issues, damages, or repair needs promptly.

Skills:

Skilled in operating JCB backhoe and similar machinery. Knowledge of basic mechanical maintenance and safety standards. Ability to operate forklifts or other light vehicles. Strong coordination and attention to safety while handling equipment. Flexible, reliable, and willing to assist in other work areas when needed. Hardworking and able to follow instructions accurately.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience operating a JCB backhoe or similar heavy equipment. Valid and active UAE driving license for backhoe/heavy equipment. Good understanding of site operations and safety procedures. Physically fit and capable of working in outdoor environments.

Working Hours:

12-hour shift pattern. Backhoe work is part-time within the factory schedule (not continuous operation). Accommodation and transportation provided.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
