Software Developer (Full Stack - React / Bun / React Native)

We're a young, fast-moving team building modern products without the legacy baggage. No 200-dependency frameworks. No 5-hour build pipelines. No corporate layers of approval for renaming a variable.

We ship. We experiment. We write code that future us doesn't hate.

What You'll Be Working With

We don't just use technologies -- we abuse them for speed.

ReactJS -- Hooks, context, custom everything. If you're still using class components, that's fine, we'll silently refactor behind you. Bun.js -- On both frontend and backend. Yes, our servers run on raw bun serve. If it takes longer than 50ms to boot, we call it a dinosaur. React Native -- One codebase for mobile domination. Bonus points if you've dealt with native modules or solved a mysterious Expo bug at 2AM. Zustand -- Because Redux PTSD is real. Global state should be elegant, not a religion. Zod -- Type safety at runtime or bust. If you trust incoming data blindly, we don't trust you. PostgreSQL -- Raw SQL or ORM, your choice. Just don't write cartesian joins like it's your hobby. Git -- Commit messages should be haikus, not keyboard smashes. (feat: unleash the kraken, not finalfixpls). CI/CD -- Automate it or regret it. GitHub Actions, pipelines, deploy spells -- whatever keeps us from "works on my machine Clean Code -- Don't torture us please. Your Role Build and ship features across web and mobile. Work directly with founders and engineers -- zero middle managers. Improve performance, DX, and anything else you think is slow or clunky. Contribute ideas, not just code. If you think something sucks, say it.

You love fast tech and hate unnecessary complexity. You optimize things because you can't help it. You treat warnings and linter errors like personal insults. You've said "let me rewrite this properly" more than once in your life.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED7,500.00 per month
