Job title: Tech Lead Job location: Doha, Qatar Experience: 5 - 10 years Contract Duration: 1 Year and Extendable

: Tech Lead The primary role is to architect and implement world class Digital Banking Platform solutions while providing a great experience for our clients. The ideal candidate takes ownership and initiative of assigned tasks, thrives in change, is detail oriented, and is comfortable working across shifting priorities and differing levels of ambiguity to find solutions. The ideal candidate for this position will have a broad technical skill set and extensive experience in programming. As a result, the candidate should be able to design, develop and test the products required for the business needs. Moreover, the candidate should be able to work with other developers in determining product strategy.

Responsibilities: . Understand business and delivery priorities and define technology / architectural solution . Lead team in adopting and implementing technology best practices . Mentoring junior team members and ensuring they adhere to determined software quality standards . Design, implement, and maintain applications used by both mobile and desktop clients . Lead design, design reviews, code reviews, technical delivery. . Participate in cross functional discussion and address strategic technology aspects. . Create and maintain solution IT documentation Basic Qualifications . 5-7 years of Web development experience . 2-3 years as Tech lead experience . Full stack hands on experience - practical knowledge of Java Springboot and React on top of an SQL database stack . Good working knowledge of REST, XML & JSON, MuleSoft (or any other integration platform) . Understanding and preferably hands on experience of AWS or Azure cloud platforms . Preferably good understanding of DevOps practices and tools like Azure DevOps . Understanding of web application development using, ReactJS, NodeJS/ExpressJS . Work in Scrum organized project . Experience working with offshore teams . Team player, Independent, out-of-the-box thinker, and self-learner. . Good interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills in English . Bachelor's Degree in a Science or Engineering related discipline.
