Contract: 12 Months Extendable Job Responsibilities: - Java Developer with 10+ Years of Experience
- Experience with Spring and Quarkus Frameworks
- Experience with Microservices Architecture
- Experience with REST APIs, GraphQL APIs and Jaegger Tracing
- Experience with Agile methodology and DevOps practices
- Expertise with Secure Coding
- Scrum Master (1 Resource)
- Experience in a scrum master role
- Familiarity with software development
- Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement)
- Good knowledge of Agile frameworks (JIRA etc.)
- Reporting and Analysis of all things related to sprints (how to measure and improve velocity, how to set story points etc.)
- Track record in effective documentation
- Coach team members in Agile frameworks
- Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests
- Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur
- Help teams implement changes effectively
- Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint
- Degree in Computer Science, Business or similar field * for us we need someone technical to be able to communicate effectively with the dev team.
- Scrum master certification is a plus. Job Types: Full-time, Contract
