About Us:


We are building our team in Dubai and are seeking a skilled Japanese Cook who is passionate about Japanese cuisine, grilling techniques and delivering high quality food in a dynamic, guest-centric environment.

Key Responsibilities:



Prepare and cook Japanese BBQ (yakiniku) style dishes, including marinated cuts, vegetables and sides. Ensure meat and other ingredients are portioned, prepared and presented to brand standards. Grill and manage tabletop grill stations efficiently while maintaining food safety and cleanliness. Maintain high standards of food hygiene, sanitation, and kitchen organization. Work in line with brand's cooking techniques, presentation standards and guest expectations.

Requirements:



Proven experience (2+ years) as a cook in a Japanese restaurant or BBQ/grill concept. Strong knowledge of Japanese cuisine, grilling techniques, marination, and yakiniku style. Ability to handle high-volume service in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Excellent knife skills, meat preparation, and presentation aptitude. Good understanding of food safety, hygiene regulations (especially in UAE context). Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays. Dedicated, disciplined, team-oriented and adaptable.
