Job Description
We are urgently hiring A chef OR Cook who can cook Japanese food OR A Japanese chef or Cook in Ajman (UAE). Qualification, Experience, Requirements:
- High school diploma in Related profession.
- 2 years experience in the culinary, food and beverage, or related professional area.
- Chef or Cook should know to cook JAPANESE SALAD, HOT APPETIZERS, COLD APPETIZERS, SASHIMI, NIGIRI, TEMAKI, MAKIMONO, SIGNATURE MAKI, RICE & NOODLES, SUSHI, DESSERTS, RAMEN& SANDWICHES.
- Checks the quality of raw and cooked food products to ensure that standards are met and determines how food should be presented and creates decorative food displays.
- Assists in developing daily and seasonal menu items for the restaurant.
