Key Responsibilities:
Perform daily cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces.
Maintain restrooms, kitchens, meeting rooms, and common areas in a clean and orderly condition.
Monitor and restock cleaning and hygiene supplies.
Handle minor maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, fixing small repairs, and reporting larger issues to management.
Ensure waste is collected, segregated, and disposed of properly.
Follow safety, health, and hygiene protocols in all janitorial duties.
Assist with office setup, furniture moving, and basic facility support when required.
Respond promptly to staff requests related to cleaning or facility needs.
Maintain accurate cleaning checklists and logs.
Requirements:
Experience:
Minimum 1-3 years of janitorial, housekeeping, or facility maintenance work, preferably in offices or commercial buildings.
Skills:
ability and manpower of cleaning standards.
Ability to handle cleaning chemicals safely and effectively.
Basic handyman skills for minor repairs and maintenance.
Reliability, attention to detail, and strong work ethic
Languages:
Fluency in English required. Arabic or Persian is a strong advantage.
