IRC219856 - IT/TLC INFRASTRUCTURE ENGINEER At Eni, we are looking for an IT/ITC Infrastructure Engineer within Eni Abu Dhabi B.V in Abu Dhabi. You will be responsible for contributing to the highest level of expertise for the development, specification, and communication of the ICT infrastructure technology solutions for the company. Responsible for the continuous analysis and maintenance of ICT infrastructure.

As a member of the ICT team at Eni Abu Dhabi B.V you will be responsible for: Leveraging both proven and innovative technology approaches to solve challenging business problems Responsible for the applying latest technologies to the Microsoft Active Directory Infrastructure under HQ recommendations. Responsible for the implementation of Security and Systems Monitoring and Reporting solutions. Advanced troubleshooting of any kind of networking and infrastructure issues in Microsoft technologies area. Analysing of existing ICT processes within Network and Telecommunications. Implementing and controlling of ICT processes for Network and Telecommunications. Implementing and controlling of ICT cross-functional processes within ICT Governance. Updating the procedures to be followed in case of Servers Failure, for Data Backup and Restore operations Coordinating strategies with other ICT Department teams and HQ. Responsible for the highest availability of ICT Networking and Infrastructure Services ones among the different sites. Responsible for the implementation of the Business Continuity Plan infrastructure. Projects implementation in coordination with Eni ICT. Providing capacity planning for ICT Infrastructure. Evaluating of new technologies in ICT business contests. Root cause analysis and offering improvements in procedures and technologies.

Ability to lead projects according to company standards Good communicative skills both verbal and written, also in English language

Location: Abu Dhabi. Business trips to operational sites and to the other subsidiaries in the Region might be required. Contract type: Permanent
