Responsibilities:

Configure the charging stations in Ocean, send commands to the charger, resolve issues with the charges, create locations of charging stations, manage power of those charging station, open sub-operator access (define their rights), report bugs in Jira, review charging logs, create contracts, tariff and tariff tree, insert some users manually, track tasks, assign tasks, create point of interest, tie points of interest with advertisements, monitor the network, ping the chargers, limit power, clear cache, review authorization events, train installers, etc.
Test each new settings in Ocean and on charger (10% of the time)
Develop a deep knowledge of each charging station model. This encompasses settings and troubleshooting of charging stations.
Train the field engineers and set it up correctly.
Assist the installer/field engineer (via the phone) and set up the correct settings in Ocean.
Ensure frequent exchanges with the manufacturer of charging station to transfer the necessary knowledge.
1st level support - Users will send the questions and problems via their app on \xe2\x80\x9chelp desk\xe2\x80\x9d.
2nd level support - the most complex issues come from everyone.
In the software create user contract, manager CRM, access management for sub-operators, upload marketing campaigns, create tariffs, etc.

Requirements:

knowledge in IT/system engineering - operating software consisting of back-end and several front-end. Familiar with the system architecture, how the different APIs work, messaging queues, etc. He should be able to assist in integration processes between the Etrel Ocean software and other software. He should be able to communicate between the different stakeholders on a technical level.
knowledge in communication/telecommunication, networking. The most frequent issues experienced with the monitoring and control of the charging network are connected to communication. The operator should be able to recognize them and troubleshoot them.
knowledge in basic electro engineering.
Attention to detail, proactive approach, interest in electromobility.
C1/C2 level of English
A level of business understanding is also important.
Know capabilities of Ocean system to the level, that can configure the system based on business requirements.
Understand how accounting system/process works, to be able to guide integration process.
