We are a leading supermarket company committed to providing an exceptional shopping experience to our customers. We are looking for a dedicated IT Support professional to join our team and ensure smooth operation of our IT systems across our stores and head office.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues across all company locations. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to POS systems, computers, printers, and other IT equipment. Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software applications. Monitor network performance and ensure security of systems and data. Assist with IT projects, system upgrades, and deployments. Maintain IT inventory and manage vendor relationships for support and procurement. Provide training and guidance to staff on IT systems and tools.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
