Job Description
We are looking for an experienced
ITSM Specialist (Arabic Speaker)
to manage and enhance IT Service Management operations.Must have
6+ years' experience
inITSM implementation
,ITIL practices
, anddocumentation of procedures
.Experience with
ServiceNow/BMC Remedy
and work ingovernment or enterprise environments
preferred.Arabic and English proficiency
required.Job Type: Full-time
